Main Tasks:
- Grow PU leather business in potential sector by developing or hunting new customers and new applications via strong project management mindset
- Manage sales hunting & farming for Haptex furniture segment of ~1.5kt, from 2024 to 2025.
- Conduct key account management in this segment and develop new business to reach compound growth in next 3 years of 10%.
- Co-drive innovation projects with Marketing / PD / TD for Haptex with branding owners to fit growing market demand.
- Co-develop a clear full picture of marketing intelligence and competition landscape in target applications of profitable NBD (BIW focus) under flexible foam.
- Analyze market and competitors, derive business plans to defend our position; maintain market intelligence including regular market dynamics and customer database along related industry value chain.
- Steer the TD team to strive for best-in-class technology leadership in close collaboration with marketing and other functional teams
- Develop, engage and deepen customer relationship across related industry.
- Proactively pursue customer-driven innovations and new applications, manage joint development projects.
- Implement company long term strategy and support all improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Supply chain, CSO, Controlling, Finance, and Legal functional teams to ensure reliable and high efficiency services.
- Ensure that BASF compliance and local EHS regulations are followed in business environment.

Main Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry or other related subjects
- Over 10 years sales and marketing experience in Chemical industry. Preferable to have good knowledge in polyurethane and/or other related industry
- Key account and marketing management skills are preferred;
- MNC working experience is required;
- Team work spirit;
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
