Assistant Manager, Product Solutions(006941)
Main Tasks:
• You will be the primary contact for Product Solutions topics like SDS, Labeling and rulesets for internal stakeholders and customers in the whole Asia Pacific. You consult with the global team on relevant regulations and best practices related to product safety and labeling. Your insights will help shape strategies and ensure that all teams are aligned with compliance requirements.
• You are responsible for providing comprehensive expertise on Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Label content, ensuring that all materials meet regulatory compliance standards across the APAC region. Your role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and relevance of SDS documentation.
• In this role you possess in-depth knowledge of GHS (Globally Harmonized System) rulesets, staying updated on the latest regulations and their implications for product labeling and safety. You will apply this expertise to guide the development and modification of product documentation.
• You maintain and update SAP databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your attention to detail will be essential in managing the flow of information.
• Additionally, you will focus on automating processes within SAP, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions. Your initiatives will streamline operations and improve overall productivity.
• Completed scientific studies (B.Sc or M. Sc) in natural science.
• Familiarity with the business unit’s portfolio, markets, and industries.
• Ability to effectively communicate regulatory/technical information at all levels of the organization and APAC region.
• High level of commitment and teamwork skills, flexibility, customer orientation, as well as independent and structured work approach.
• Well-versed in IT applications, with expert knowledge in SAP EHS system. Experience in developing and managing projects, as well as analyzing and solving problems.
• Clear and authentic communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, translate regulatory/technical information clearly.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatism, and hands-on mentality.
