Assistant Manager, Planning(005585)
- EVP OMP / RM material planning, timely communication with sales team in China and TW and product manager (PM) to have new forecast collection, monitor pending sales orders, issue PRs/POs, create Plan orders, RM delivery status monitoring to meet scheduled production. Coordinate with site colleagues to find solutions for better planning and delivery reliability and capability. Support business to have new products launch. Work with procurement team to ensure RM’s stable supply.
- Order management for EVP 3rd party sourcing materials in Greater China. Consists of the following main tasks: PO/OA processing, product label printing, exportation arrangement, coordination with PM & RBU planner for demand forecast validation, NCM follow up.
- Sample planning and replenishment in China. Coordination for EVP lab sample order and delivery status, ensure timely sample delivery to lab for project/trial etc.
- Master data maintenance and management, including material master data, vendor master data, Purchasing Info Record, Outline Agreement. Old transactional data clean up (PO, PR, SO, etc.) on monthly basis. Regularly review and update safety stock.
- To manage EVP inventory at optimum level to achieve inventory target with minimal disruption to supply continuity and customer service level as well. Including OIV and dysfunctional stock management, review together with PM / sales team on action plan and timeline. Follow up write off upon requirement.
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meeting with product manager, regional SC, BACH site, R&D, etc.
- To ensure process and procedures are efficient and in compliance with BASF standards as well as both internal and external audit requirements. Initiates corrective actions when necessary. To escalate issues that cannot be resolved in a structure way with proposed solution.
- Contribute to supply chain related projects and support UAT for system upgrade.
Requirements:
- University degree with good English in written and oral.
- Excellent inter-personnel and communication skills.
- Working experience: > 5 years in Supply Chain field.
