Assistant Manager, PS&R(006387)
- Monitor and communicate with the assigned BU for the relevant industry regulation updates e.g. New & Existing Chemicals, Hazardous Chemicals, Coating, REACH, PFAS, Automotive etc. leveraging PS&R Greater China team expertise
- Deliver professional Product stewardship (PSS) service throughout the whole life cycle of the product including raw material introduction, license-to-operate, management of change, order releasing and customer inquiry etc. for the designated BU
- Ensure that the requirements of chemical and product application regulations are implemented within the designated BU
- Provide the customized PS&R training to the assigned BU internal stakeholders including R&D, Product Manager, Marketing, Sales, Production, EHS etc. for their specific interests
- Develop and implement product compliance strategies for relevant BU by working closely with the Global and Regional PSS in the designated BU, support relevant sustainability topics in line with OD demands
Requirements：
Education:
Post-Graduate University degree in science related area, preferably Chemistry, Biological Science or related discipline
Working Experience:
At least 6-7 years of relevant experience
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge in chemical regulations and product safety is a must
- Good understanding of the master data system (BASIS), supply chain and business processes of BASF
- Good analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good people management, influencing skills to convince various groups (internal customers) and external customers.
