Assistant Manager, Application Development (007027)
[Project Management]
Manage all phases in development process from specification review to launch of series production. Full responsibility for timeline and milestones, such as 3D part design, sample part manufacturing, internal testing, customer vehicle evaluation, OTS, PPAP and customer approval.
[Development Project Acquisition]
Proactively promote Cellasto solutions at customers and provide PUR application expertise which could lead to joint development projects and finally nominated for new business. Very deep understanding of difference between rubber and PUR material grades used for NVH applications in terms of part and vehicle performance.
[Design Leader]
Responsible for 3D/2D part design with CAD. Optimizing part geometry based on simulation, prototype part evaluation results and customer feedback. Responsible for production feasibility evaluation.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, vehicle dynamics or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of automotive part design or project management, deep understanding of automotive suspension, experience in the development of elastomer bushings is preferred. Familiar with automotive OEMs and the related development process.
- Experienced in part design or measurement for automotive industry, familiar with IATF 16949, design FMEA, capable to analyze and solve problems, experience in customer communication, CAD software (Pro/E preferred) , PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Project Management Capability
- Fluent English in oral and writing.
