• 发生任何EHS、生产操作、质量事故必须第一时间汇报领班和管理层，并积极配合装置管理人员进行事故调查。
• 当班期间发生应急事故后，按照应急响应事故流程进行汇报和处理。
• 严格按照装置生产操作程序和管理规定进行生产操作。
• 按照每天的生产计划，积极配合班长保质保量的完成当天生产产量和计划。
• 积极参加装置、班组的生产操作、工艺操作的培训和培训考核，提高生产操作技能，独立完成日常生产操作。
• 积极配合装置、班组的人员安排，班组之间积极配合以提高装置的安全、质量和生产效率。
• 持有危险化学品操作证以及叉车操作证，完成每天班组的危险化学品操作和叉车操作。
• 根据装置“5S”管理要求，按照“5S”管理要求完成每天的工作任务。
• 与生产班组、装置有良好的沟通，保持积极协作的工作氛围。
• 不断的学习以提高个人的竞争能力。
• 作为装置和班组的急救员和ERT队员。
Requirements:
• 教育：高中或化工类中专及以上学历
• 工作经验：
1. 熟悉和了解装置的生产操作以及岗位操作安全要求
2. 能够独立操作装置的生产操作的操作技能
3. 操作技能
4. 叉车操作证书
5. 危险化学品操作证
