实验室技术员(007328)
- 向QC主管和车间相关人员通报分析结果，及时将分析结果输入QC Summary，并根据需要准备槽车产品COA。对于QC检测不合格的物料，配合车间进行必要的调正及原因调查；
- 熟悉相关的分析仪器、设备，按照要求对常规仪器进行日常校验，保存记录完整，并小心维护；
- 辅助主管建立新测试方法，完善和优化现有的测试方法；
- 配制和标定标准试剂，合理储存并保证其结果；
- 合理存放及处理化学试剂及废试剂，确保符合SHE要求；
- 一切实验室所做的工作应保密，不得将实验信息透露给任何未经许可的人员；
- 保持工作场所的整洁，严格遵守公司的规章制度；
- 执行上级可能安排的其他任务(如分析外来样品，加班，倒班等);
- 作为班组中安全代表及急救小组成员，配合主管及SHE部门做好部门安全工作。
- 及时打扫工作现场，确保现场没有弃物、杂物和障碍物。
- 中专及以上学历，化学工程或相关专业
- 3年以上化学分析工作经验
- 熟悉分析仪器HPLC， GC， NIR等分析仪器
- 其他： 有潜力和愿望经过一定翻班后在生产运营团队承担更大的职责。
