工艺操作
- 根据工艺规范、操作手册及工作进度表，在班长的指导、说明和监督下，安全、精确、有效地操作机器设备。
- 现场外操工作：管道加料和手动加料，产品和原料装卸车，监控操作中的温度、压力、流量等并及时调整。
- 监控设备运行、控制面板（DCS）、故障和报警信息，判断异常情况，及时汇报班长并一起解决问题。
安全
- 遵守公司的EHS方针和装置的安全规定。
- 遵守装置操作程序，根据上级指令进行现场操作。
- 确保工艺生产、巡检、检查、维修和EHS活动的记录完整、准确，并按要求进行交接班。
- 确保生产工具和个人安全设施的完好，检查和维护装置的设备和设施。
- 保持工作场所整洁干净，工作环境达到安全工作和高效生产的要求。
质量控制
- 确保所在班组工艺单元及在线机器、设备和设施完好运行。
- 认真执行质保方针和质保程序，及时发现产品质量的变化，确保产品质量符合要求。
任职要求：
- 教育背景: 职业学校或以上学历，化工工程或相关专业。
- 工作经验: 两年以上化工生产工作经验，或应届毕业生。
- 技术和专业知识: 在专科学校有化工工厂操作员相关配套教育并获得出色成绩。
- 基本英语及电脑技能，良好人际关系技巧。
