Main responsibilities

Plant monitoring

• The condition of machines should be checked according to the daily checklist. Any issues identified may be corrected or reported to a supervisor for further action. Maintaining a clean workshop and keeping tools organized are also part of the responsibilities.

Repairing

• Timely troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to ensure smooth production. Report unusual mechanical issue to supervisor and propose corrective / preventive actions.

Maintenance

• Implement works assignment of preventive maintenance according to plant maintenance system.

Record, Documentation

• Fulfil maintenance work order of the equipment to supervisor with highlights on specific maintenance needs. Report to identify problem mechanic area for preventive purposes. Record spare part issuing / receiving correctly for stock control accuracy.

Responsible Care

• Implementation of Responsible Care according to corporate policies and procedures and responsible for joining the emergency response team of Rayong plant. Implementation of housekeeping to maintain working area tidy.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of direct maintenance experience in manufacturing or chemical industries.
• Technical and Professional Expertise: Proficiency with rotating equipment, coordination abilities, and communication skills.

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

การตรวจสอบโรงงาน

• เดินสำรวจและตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรตามรายการตรวจเช็ครายวัน พร้อมแก้ไขหรือแจ้งข้อบกพร่องให้กับหัวหน้างานเพื่อแก้ไขต่อไป รวมถึงการรักษา Workshop ให้สะอาดและเก็บเครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์อย่างเป็นระเบียบ

งานซ่อม

• วิเคราะห์ในเบื้องต้นถึงความเสียหายของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์เพื่อสามารถแก้ไขสาเหตุที่แท้จริงของความผิดปกติของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์รวมถึงการดำเนินการแก้ไขความผิดปกติเหล่านั้น  เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามแผนงานที่วางไว้และสามารถนำเสนอวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ได้

ซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน

• ปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน ตามแผนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานระบบซ่อมบำรุงโรงงาน

บันทึกและเอกสาร

• บันทึกงานซ่อมบำรุงผ่านใบแจ้งซ่อมเครื่องจักร ส่งมอบให้กับหัวหน้างานพร้อมกับแจ้งให้ทราบถึงหัวข้อสำคัญที่ต้องการเน้นย้ำ บันทึกการเบิกจ่ายอะไหล่ให้ถูกต้อง เพื่อการควบคุมอะไหล่ในสโตร์

การดูแลอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบ

• ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบและวิธีปฏิบัติของ ชีวอนามัย ความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม อย่างเคร่งครัดและดำเนินการให้เป็นผลสำเร็จ รวมถึงรับผิดชอบเข้าร่วมทีมระงับเหตุฉุกเฉินโรงงานระยอง ดำเนินการเพื่อรักษาความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและความสะอาดของพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษา: อนุปริญญาหรือวุฒิการศึกษาที่สูงขึ้นในสาขากลศาสตร์ วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ
• มีประสบการณ์การบํารุงรักษาโดยตรงอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหรือเคมีภัณฑ์
• ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิคและวิชาชีพ: มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านอุปกรณ์หมุน ความสามารถในการประสานงาน และทักษะการสื่อสาร
