Intern-Mechanical
Objectives of the Position
To support day-to-day activity (documentation and on-site) for Maintenance department Polymer Dispersion Plant, the task will be focused on Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Preventive Maintenance and Project point of view.
Main Tasks
- Maintaining and updating the loop diagrams, cause and effect diagrams.
- Reviewing and updating maintenance’s work instructions related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentations.
- Cooperating with all other departments (production, PPC, and laboratory) to provide right maintenance services for their equipment.
- Ensuring the spare parts stocks’ availabilities for each equipment.
- To perform pro-active and initiative mechanical and E&I maintenance activities.
- Supporting maintenance supervisor to complete and close the projects within the working year.
- Maintaining stability of automation systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: SPLC, Field Instruments, Automation knowledge is advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and etc.
- Willing to work at Pasir Gudang.'
- Able to work independently.
