Objectives of Position

The Process Intern will support in various projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing and improving the plant's manufacturing processes. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to the field of engineering plastics within a dynamic and challenging industrial environment. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Main Tasks

1. Review and revise process safety documentation for the PMA Plant to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with current operations.
2. Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
3. Support the execution of process improvement and cost optimization studies, including benefit estimation and documentation.
4. Assist in preparing technical reports, analyses, and presentations for process improvement and LEAN initiatives.
5. Support the successful implementation and execution of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects, including coordination and follow‑up activities.
6. Create, review, track, and close documentation in accordance with Management of Change (MOC) requirements and defined timelines.
7. Support P&ID reviews for the PMA Plant and coordinate required updates with drafting resources and relevant stakeholders.
8. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Manufacturing Systems
