Objective of the Position

• Preparation for BASF Medical Audit and GU/RA audit
• On-demand EHSS services related to EHS Management System (EHSMS)
• Helping and maintain site EHSS requirements

Main Tasks

EHSS Management System:

• Site EHSS document control for Responsible Care Management System – triggering, maintaining & follow-up.
• MOC maintaining and updating for Site level.
• To assist Site EHSS and Plant EHS to analysis and report EHSS statistic.
• Assist on e-SRC, BBSO and Action Tracker & Global Incident Database (GID) for Site level.
• Assist Site EHSS on the activities involving visitation and inspection from Authorities.
• Help on updating the documentation & filing of EHS&S documents.
• Support to implement EHSS standards & RCMS and promote EHSS activities, training and program.
• Assist for Occupation Health activities, records update and monitoring.
• Work out on digitalization for new project with IT such are Microsoft Team, Power Apps and other.
• Others additional duty assigned.

Audit / Inspection:

• Follow & do Safety Inspection on site/plant
• To assist for preparation on next GU/RA Audit.
• To assist on preparing & close the pre- GU/RA audit / Gaps

People Development:

•      Willing to learn on new things
•      Can delivery results fast, accurate, active follow-up. 

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Environment, Chemical or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and etc.
• Willing to work at Pasir Gudang.
• Able to work independently
