Data Science Specialist - IP (on contract)

How You Will Do It

• Participate in the design and development of end-to-end AI and analytics full-stack solutions using relevant technologies.• Independently define solution approaches, develop required functionalities, and implement them by analyzing inputs and desired outputs.
• Perform data preprocessing, harmonization, and feature engineering to prepare modeling datasets.
• Design and develop a scalable, modular architecture for new and existing AI applications.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with LLM-based AI agent orchestration, workflow automation, and guardrails across the full lifecycle.
• Have experience with cutting-edge technologies such as RAG, MCP, A2A, and knowledge graphs.
• Bring professional experience in developing full-stack web applications, including web apps and REST APIs, with strong back-end and front-end software engineering skills.
• Possess advanced Python programming skills and experience with relevant data science/AI frameworks and agentic AI orchestration tools and workflows, such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Temporal, Celery, Airflow, and Dagster.
• Have solid DevOps skills and cloud infrastructure knowledge, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Quickly and independently get up to speed on new topics.
• Apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exercise sound independent judgment while collaborating with others and influencing project teams. 

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data science, Data Analytics or a similar fields
• 2-4 years of working experience
