Data Analytics Specialist(007080)
Responsible for transforming complex, multi-source data into clean, structured formats and actionable insights to support AI development and data-driven decision-making
Main Task
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Production) to develop data-driven solutions
- Clean, validate, and transform data
- Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics
Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, e.g. Statistics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in relevant fields
- Strong project management experience highly preferred
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
- Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI and MS Azure components
- Understanding of databases and ETL processes
- Ability to communicate complex data in an understandable way
- Fluent in written and spoken English (German skills is a plus)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Initiative and structured working style
- Business acumen to interpret data in context
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of machine learning or statistical modeling
- Experience with data governance and data protection regulations
