高级项目经理负责网络安全中国团队从启动到执行再到收尾阶段的中高复杂度项目或中小型项目。
Main Tasks:
IPartner 为申办方和其他利益相关者成功交付项目
了解并领导项目，重点关注业务目标，就如何实现项目的中长期目标提供战略咨询
负责按时间、预算、范围和质量交付完整的项目
推动考虑到网络安全战略目标的交付模式
在全球环境中，与 GS 以外的团队一起领导大型跨职能、跨区域项目团队
负责设置项目组织，确定相关角色并为项目团队配备人员，重点关注领导/工作流领导职位
遵守和实现项目流程合规性。支持项目审批流程并负责实现项目阶段关卡，包括状态和财务报告
负责项目执行期间的变更请求管理
项目变更和沟通计划的制定、持续开发和实现
可以同时管理多个项目（最多 4 个）
此外，高级项目经理
为项目成员设定目标，与职能经理保持一致，并在必要时支持员工发展措施
与领导一起遵守项目工作人员的相关人力资源要求
支持对业务关系管理想法的早期咨询，并发展/加强与运营部门和公司职能部门的关系

Objectives:

Global Digital Services is supporting BASF business in Digitalization transformation. Our mission is to drive forward the digital transformation of BASF, providing innovative, global and high-quality digital products and services through a strong agile culture. The Digital Hub Nanjing is one of our global key locations to deliver regional and global solutions for BASF.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible in Cyber Security China team for medium and high complexity projects or small-medium programs from the initiation via execution to the closing phase. Can assume responsibility for project budget between 1 Mio. and 40 Mio RMB.
Main Tasks:
IPartner for the sponsor and other stakeholders to deliver the project successfully
Understands and leads project with focus on business targets, providing strategic consulting on how to achieve mid- and long-term goals of the project
Responsible for delivering complete project in time, budget, scope and quality
Drives delivery model considering Cyber Security strategy targets
Leads large cross-functional, cross-regional project team throughout the project phases in a global environment with teams outside GS
Responsible to setup project organization, identify relevant roles and staff the project team with focus on the leadership/workstream lead positions
Adherence and enablement of project process compliance. Supports project approval process and responsible for the achievement of project stage gates, including status and financial reporting
Responsible for change request management during project execution
Establishment, continuing development and realization of project change and communication plans
Can manage multiple projects (up to 4) at the same time
Furthermore the senior project manager
Sets targets for project members, aligns with the functional manager and when necessary, supports employee development measures
Compliance with relevant HR requirements (e.g. Working Time Act) for the project staff together and in coordination with the disciplinary/functional leaders
Supports early consulting on ideas for Business Relationship Management and develops/enhances relationships with the operational divisions and corporate functions
In addition, the Senior Project Manager can also exercise the role in the context of large projects as workstream lead/sub project manager. The responsibilities then apply in the same general sense and are tailored to fit the area of responsibility
Job Requirements:
- 硕士 / 学士学位 / 应用科学大学学位

Job Requirements:
- Master / Bachelor degree / University of Applied Sciences degree
(Information Technologies, Business IT, Business Administration) or corresponding completed vocational training with several years career experience in various assignments (project management, business consulting, etc.) as well as additional education
- BASF Business Knowledge, Process Know-how and culture, is a plus
- Must have at least 4 years professional experience in project management
- 2-3 years experience as business consultant or general business experience is a plus
