The role of Customer Experience Specialist is a great place to kick start your career with BASF. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service and proactively developing relationships via remote key account management. This role ensures a seamless order to cash process optimizing business outcomes within our Agricultural Solutions business.

You’ll:

• Look at new ways of improving the customer journey
• Be responsible for the Order to Cash process within the Agricultural Solutions Business
• Troubleshoot, manage backorders, allocations and exceptions
• Take a proactive approach to relationship development through remote key account management
• You’ll use your attention to detail entering customer data in our Master Data and CRM systems
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to highlight and resolve problems, manage exceptions and relay customer feedback and insights.

• Have the ability to identify and drive opportunities for process improvement
