Objectives of the Position:
- Coordinating CED lab activities on daily basis
- Day to day Technical Support for our products being used at line
- Lab trials, testing and continuous improvement at lab level
- Extend support for existing products & line related issues.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:
- Analysis of E-coat line bath samples from all OEM’s on weekly basis.
- Analysis of monthly 10-liter bath samples for voltage profile, throw power & STT/LTT.
- Testing of STT & LTT line panels on monthly basis from all OEM’s. Sharing reports.
- Customer oil/grease/sealer samples for cratering test / compatibility with CED bath.
- CED Lab trials for various customers as & when required.
- Implementation of Safety, Health and environmental objectives in the routine activities of CED Laboratory.
- Processing PT panels at the lab for coat outs.
- Maintain 5S in lab/and the area of responsibility.
Job Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in paint Technology
- Working Experience: 5+ years of experience in automotive coatings or related fields.
- Technical knowledge: Working in Automotive Paint Coating related industry with experience in Automotive customers is preferred.
