Maintenance Manager

Objectives of the Position         

• Responsible for efficient plant reliability specifically maintenance activities.
   

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

• To manage technical resources such as tools, spare parts and technical service providers and technical manpower support efficiently. Plan, organize and control maintenance and engineering activities to ensure plant optimisation to achieve production target.
• To lead engineering project when it is required and to fully support if the project is led by the technical company from technology licensor.
• Ensure all environment, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered to and maintain high safety standards and safe workplace complied to BASF and local authority requirement.
• To lead the RBI program for the safety of the plant as per the authority requirement and in the mean time look for cost saving opportunity.
• To ensure all BASF guidelines regarding Automation Security is fully complied at all times.
• To plan, execute and achieve the desired plant reliability with the available resources in ensuring productivity level at its best production requirement.
   

Job Requirements

• Degree in Relevant Engineering
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in related field.
