Track & Trace Operations (Executive) - 1 Year Leasing
Objectives of the Position
The Track & Trace role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end shipment visibility, timely milestone updates, and high data quality across logistics execution processes. The role supports proactive issue management by monitoring shipment events, identifying deviations and maintaining accurate tracking information in logistics visibility systems. This position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction, operational transparency, and carrier performance through reliable Track & Trace execution.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Monitor end-to-end shipment milestones (e.g. ETD, ETA, ATD, ATA, delivery confirmation) across assigned transport modes (primarily sea freight; air and road where applicable).

Ensure shipment events are updated accurately and in a timely manner within Track & Trace platforms and relevant logistics systems.

Identify missing, delayed, or inconsistent milestones and initiate corrective actions to restore shipment visibility.

Perform daily and weekly monitoring activities based on defined shipment filters, exception reports, and visibility dashboards.

Escalate critical shipment issues in accordance with defined escalation protocols.

Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of Track & Trace data across logistics systems and reporting tools.

Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at stabilizing processes, reducing remediation volume, and improving milestone accuracy.

Prepare and maintain Track & Trace reports related to shipment visibility, deviation trends, and data quality performance.

Contribute to the maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and knowledge documentation related to Track & Trace processes.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree of any discipline
- 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
- Proactive team member who takes ownership and shows persistence to achieve results and exceed expectations.
- Structured, detail oriented & independent individual
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good command of written and spoken English is necessity.
