Objectives of the Position

 

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, digital solutions and candidate experience, ensuring efficient, compliant and business aligned hiring outcomes.

 

Main Tasks


•    Understand APAC end to end recruitment processes and support the successful delivery of the recruitment services as the TA expert.
•    Leverage and continuously improve Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage and recruitment tools to enhance process efficiency, data quality and candidate experience.
•    Support recruitment analytics and reporting, including monitoring key recruitment metrics and contributing insights for continuous improvement.
•    Contribute to process optimization and digitalization initiatives within Talent Acquisition, including onboarding solutions and system enhancements.
•    Ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition governance, policies and audit requirements.
•    Actively participate in regional and global Talent Acquisition communities, sharing best practices and supporting knowledge exchange. 
•    Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines together with the recruiters for current and future roles through active sourcing, market mapping and engagement with internal and external talent pools.

 

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

 

Education


•    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

 

Working Experience


•    Several years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with strong hands on exposure to end to end recruitment processes.
•    Exposure to recruitment systems, HR digital tools and process improvement initiatives.
•    Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, partnering with HR colleagues across countries / regions.
•    Experience in talent sourcing, pipeline building and interviewing across different functions.
•    Experience in HR analytics is an advantage.
