Job Purpose


Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in day-to-day hiring operations by assisting recruiters with sourcing activities, interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and maintaining accurate new joiner records in HR systems.

 

Key Responsibilities


·       Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases.

·       Coordinate interviews by arranging schedules, sending invites, updating calendars, and ensuring candidates are well-informed.

·       Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, required documents, next steps, or follow-up items.

·       Support onboarding activities such as collecting documents, preparing new joiner packs, and guiding new hires through pre-boarding tasks.

·       Maintain accurate new joiner information in HR systems, ensuring records are complete, updated, and audit-ready.

·       Help track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and flag pending items to the TA team.

·       Assist with posting job advertisements and refreshing job boards when needed.

·       Support general TA administrative tasks to ensure smooth and timely hiring operations.

 

Requirements


·       Malaysian citizen, aged 18–30 years.

·       Minimum qualification: SPM/SPMV; diploma or degree holders (unemployed or seeking internship/apprenticeship) are welcome.

·       Comfortable using computers and basic tools such as Excel, Word, and online platforms.

·       Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.

·       Professional communication skills and strong customer-service mindset.

·       Able to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential candidate information responsibly.

·       Prior exposure to recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, or HR systems is an added advantage but not required.
