• Join our Digital Laboratory team and shape the future of digitalization in Research and Development (R&D).
• As Product Manager for LabVantage Support, you are responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a dedicated support team and you closely collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Your team provides and enhances secure, reliable, and cost-effective LIMS support to various laboratory global user communities.
• You closely collaborate with multiple product teams within Global Digital Services and drive the agile development of the product team LabVantage Support.

Responsibility

• Lead and develop a team of about 7 experts in Kuala Lumpur.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance global support for multiple LabVantage implementations.
• In close collaboration, consult and support internal partners and diverse laboratory groups in the digitization of their processes and the optimization of digital workflows.
• Procure and coordinate external providers and partners.
• Support global projects in laboratory digitalization.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in natural sciences, computer science, or a comparable education.

Working Experience

• Minimum 5 years related working experience.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Strong leadership skills.
• Agile way of working or agile implementation approach.
• Working in global teams.
• Experience in laboratory digitalization projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong negotiation skills, as well as excellent planning, organization, and implementation abilities combined with a strong sense of organizational awareness.
• Customer-centric, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Additional plus/nice to have Skills)

• Experience in LIMS implementation or upgrade projects.
• Experience in supporting laboratory instrument interface for simple and complex instruments (e.g. CDS systems). 
• Experience in managing end to end project delivery.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis and driving improvements.
• Knowledgeable in working within regulated environments, including GLP, GMP, and ISO standards.
