Objectives of the Position       

This position aims to provide end-to-end delivery services by efficiently handling customer service and logistics management to maintain business continuity, enhance service level and safety continuity in business.

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

 

Manage end-to-end daily order process and operation 

By collaborating with multiple functions (internal and external) including but not limited to customers, sales, shared services, suppliers, finance, controlling. The operation includes but not limited to:

  • Sales order creation
  • PO transaction.
  • Payment following up and order release.
  • Delivery schedule coordination.
  • Delivery order creation.
  • Shipment creation.
  • Transportation arrangement.
  • Billing and invoice management.
  • Documents collection.
  • Month end reconciliation.
  • Import/export related coordination and operation.
  • Monitor shipping and import/export status for overseas supply & delivery.
  • Escalate any issues for on-time fulfillment.

 

Capture market intelligence on supply chain related topics 

From daily interaction with customers and share with the business as appropriate, includes but not limited to:

  • Provide best possible service to customers and promote the establishment of long-term customer relationships to ensure a sound profitable future customers base.
  • Ensure best logistic cost execution through daily transportation management operation.
  • Continuously improve end-to-end efficiency with creative ideas and digital tools’ support.
  • Complete any unstated end-to-end officer-related tasks assigned by the manager.

 

Manage customers’ complaints 

  • NCM operation and communication according to defined procedures / system.
  • Escalate critical NCMs when needed for appropriate resolution.

 

Operational Compliance

  • Ensure that all operations (also at customer premises) are carried out in accordance with internal standards and local government regulations.
  • Report any areas of concern immediately to Supply Chain Manager.

 

Job Requirements

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

 

Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in order-to-cash processes; experience in the chemical industry is an advantage.

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) for communication with customers in China, as well as fluency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Strong SAP competency is required.
  • Personal Attributes: Thrives in a dynamic environment, maintains a positive and solutions‑oriented mindset, adapts well to change, collaborates effectively across teams, and consistently demonstrates strong professionalism and work ethic.
