Objectives of the position

As a Software Testing Intern, you will support our development team by ensuring the quality and functionality of our Vue applications through thorough testing. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will develop testing strategies, execute tests, and analyze results to contribute to a stable and reliable user experience. You’ll be introduced to testing frameworks, learning how to use them directly on the job.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to understand application workflows, features, and key areas for testing
• Create, document, and run end-to-end and unit tests to validate the functionality, usability, and stability of the application
• Learn and utilize testing frameworks (such as Playwright, and Vitest) to set up and execute automated test cases
• Identify, document, and report issues found during testing, and work with the team to troubleshoot and verify fixes
• Gain hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, applying these skills within testing scenarios

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or equivalent technical discipline.
• Available for at least 4 months from January 2025 onwards
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript frameworks is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and eagerness to learn new technologies and testing practices
• Interested in learning end-to-end and unit testing
• Interested in testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest, or Vitest
• Experience or coursework in software development or testing
