Responsibilities and Key Outcomes 

Within our team we ensure that changes are rolled out to our SAP multi-instance core system landscape in a high quality by providing release, implementation, and test management from demand to deploy to our BASF internal stakeholders. Our product team provides and continuously develops our main software product SAP Solution Manager platform and test automation tools.  
 

• Active participation in designing and implementation of our global Open Text Documentum cloud platform. 
• Implementation of general requirements through configuration or development as part of the product service.
• Communication to regional iPB’s in business language to identify requirements and prepare them for further realization.  
• Driving of sustainable solutions to business specification and user stories. 
• Supporting of project post go-live activities (hyper care phase) and daily maintenance of service. 
• Involvement in technical expertise sharing with team members.  
• Playing a role as technical expert for cloud-based Documentum solutions.

Job Requirements 

Education and work experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, or Computer Science or relates.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in working as IT Cloud Specialist.
• Practical experience in the support and administration of the Microsoft Azure Cloud and on-prem systems from the Microsoft environment.
• Experience in agile (SCRUM, KANBAN) methodologies and tools (Microsoft Azure DevOps, Confluence).
   

Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory)

• You have a strong interest in cloud technologies and strive to continuously develop yourself further.
• Your curiosity and ability to look beyond the horizon enable you to recognize new cloud technologies early on.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills are a matter of course for you and characterize your way of working.
• Knowledge in Terraform to create infrastructure (IaC).
• Knowledge in Helm Chart, Docker and Kubernetes.
• General knowledge in Azure DevOps and concepts like pipelines, git repo, etc.
• Fluent English skills

Technical & Professional Knowledge (additional plus/nice to have skills)

• NTechnical skills in application development and program languages (e. g. SQL, Java (J2EE, JRE/JDK), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/XML).
• Knowledge in Open Text Documentum cloud version.
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure and Middleware. 
• Project management skills or PMP certificate.
