Objective of the Position:

  • Serve as the regional expert for H2R (Hire-to-Retire) processes - Talent Acquisition, Talent Development/ Learning & Development, leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR operations to ensure alignment with global standards and local business needs.
  • Drive HR transformation projects and key initiatives, acting as a process workstream lead to deliver successful outcomes and foster innovation across the organization.
  • Actively contribute to the HR community by sharing best practices and insights, while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication, engagement, and collaboration.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • HR Operational Expertise
    • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and stakeholders on process-related matters, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Process Design and Improvement
    • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR processes, applying business process management best practices and global standards.
    • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and ESSA (Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize, Automate) principles.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, service catalogs, and performance metrics.
  • HR Community Contribution
    • Actively participate in and contribute to the HR community, sharing local experiences, best practices, and external insights to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums for HR stakeholders.
  • HR Transformation Projects & Key Initiatives
    • Lead and provide process expertise for global and regional HR transformation projects and key initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global process owners, and HR colleagues to deliver project outcomes and drive innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as the primary contact for HR process matters, facilitating communication and alignment among People Services, Global Process Owners, and project teams.
    • Gather and act on stakeholder feedback to enhance process effectiveness and user experience.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support HR objectives and transformation efforts.

 

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor of degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in HR operations - especially in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with HR technology solutions and data analysis for process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in speaking and written English.
