Grow Trainee (Finance)

As a Grow Trainee, you would experience various positions through job rotations within the company which form a solid foundation for your career development. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries and diverse cultural backgrounds, and opportunities to participate in international projects or short-term assignments. Expect challenging tasks, a high degree of responsibility and on-the-job training within a dedicated and competent team.

Requirements

•  Bachelor's or master's degree with at least second upper class honours or above, preferably major in Finance & Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Fresh graduate or with not more than 2 years’ of professional working experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities in extracurricular activities (e.g., social engagement; student initiative; team sports; etc.).
• Internship at an international company, preferably in your field of study.
• Languages: fluent English and, other languages (Asian language).
