Executive, Supply Chain Service Verification (Freight & Invoice), Global Operations Support
Objectives of the Position
Ensure timely, accurate freight charge verification by validating invoices and supporting documents against contracts and approved spot rates; resolve discrepancies with providers and internal teams to prevent interruptions, enable on-time payments, reduce billing errors, mitigate risk, and support audit compliance.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Verify supply chain service and freight invoices against contracted rates or approved spot quotations in accordance with established guidelines and procedures

Ensure verified costs are accurately and timely recorded in relevant systems (e.g. SAP) to support correct financial posting and payment processing

Coordinate closely with service providers, local Supply Chain teams, and Finance to clarify discrepancies, correct invoice errors, and prevent service or payment disruptions

Follow up with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete and accurate supporting documentation required for cost verification and audit readiness

Actively participate in process improvements, standardization initiatives, and automation efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time

Identify process-related risks, propose mitigation measures, and support issue resolution in daily operations

Prepare, maintain, and provide documentation to support internal and external audits as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree of any discipline
- 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
- Proactive team member who takes ownership and shows persistence to achieve results and exceed expectations.
- Structured, detail oriented & independent individual
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Good command of written and spoken English is necessity.
