Objectives of the Position        

• The Digital Product Owner – Grower Solutions will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of digital products aimed at enhancing farmer engagement and improving our digital marketing infrastructure. This includes managing grower apps and tools for content management systems (CMS) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Guide the product team in developing features that meet business needs and customer expectations.
• Serve as the interface between business users and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Focus on value creation of the products for the business, driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.   

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

• Lead the development and implementation of grower apps designed to enhance farmer engagement for example through loyalty programs.
• Oversee the regional implementation of digital marketing tools, including CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborate closely with local business teams to drive implementation and requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial and IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital products.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business needs and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Budget spending for each digital product and ensure staying within budget.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Agronomy or a related field
• At least 5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing role
• Experience in Agchem industry is a plus
• Work experience in leading and managing successful project and/or commercial teams.
• Has proven his/her ability to structure initiatives and get others to follow and execute his/her ideas
