Objectives of the Position
According to the defined production processes and quality requirements, you are required to schedule and plan in line with Company EHS guideline, properly operate the machines/equipment, and handle the chemical raw materials to fabricate the products that meet the requirements in quantity, quality, schedule, and process.
Job Responsibilities
Main Tasks
- Perform on-site control and manual operation in the area of responsibility
- Maintain a clean environment in the area of responsibility
- All activities at work have to comply with the company's administration, safety, environmental protection and health regulations
- Comply and perform all operations in accordance with the statement of work for all production activities to ensure that the product quality meets the cGMP standard
- Undergo the assignment given by the operator in the control room and complete it
- Attend training(s)
- Handling and reporting of abnormal conditions
On duty
- Handover: Include the current operation status, abnormal progress, maintenance status and unfinished work in the area of responsibility
- Perform environmental and equipment clean-up work in the area of responsibility
- Daily maintenance of equipment, automatic inspection (SAMACO) and fire safety equipment inspection
- Cooperate with the operator in the control room about sampling and all manual operations
- Manage and organize the tools within the area of responsibility
- Record the batch tables in production and perform on-site anomaly handling and reporting
- Perform the tasks as assigned by the superior/supervisor
Inter-relationship with the relevant unit
- Take-out from the warehouse in conjunction with production
- Send samples to the quality control laboratory for testing in conjuction with production
- Support the inspection of equipment maintenance and security
EHS Measure
- Ensure the workplace/site is clean, the passage is not blocked and there is no possibility of harm
- Maintain the workplace and working environment
- Ensure safe and efficient production activities
- Ensure compliance with local safety and fire regulations, and the company's EHS policy
- Perform immediate notification of a rapid incident (RIR)
- Supervise new recruits (Mentor system)
- Perform the Safety Observation (AHA program)
- Implement the TDS specifications
Requirements
- Candidate possess Junior College or above qualifications, majored in chemistry or engineering related fields
- At least 2 years of working experience in Chemical/Petrochemical Plant
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP quality systems
- Basic English read/write capability
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Have Stacker license and/or Crane operating license
- Able to commit shift rotation
