About the Role
You will:
- Site Instrumentation Preventive maintenance, Plan and Execution, periodical calibration, troubleshooting and quick implementation of corrective actions.
- MOC/CAPEX Project/ Production Support works implementation that are related to instrumentation.
- Improve the instrument reliability by preparing Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan to replace/upgrade some critical instruments such as safety barrier, wire-loop, controller that are vital for keeping continuous production.
How You Will Do It
- Manage Kaohsiung Site instruments and relevant equipment maintenance works in SAP system.
- Implementation of instrumentation related to MOC/project/Production support improvement works.
- Plan and implement instrument related PM and Calibration tasks.
- Plan and implement instrument related daily routine, urgent corrective maintenance and troubleshooting works.
- Regularly review and manage MRO spare material of instruments and accessories effectively in SAP system.
- Manage effectively for assigned “My Area My Responsible” to meet Site EHS requirements.
- Maintain effectively and ensure SIS instruments and accessories in the highest equipment reliability and to be a backup for site SIS engineer.
- Responsible for managing and leading external/internal contractors to implement instrument related tasks at site.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Instrument, Electrical Engineering or or any related field
- Over 5 years of practical experience in instrument related maintenance works in chemical industrial field is a must
- Good command of listening, speaking, reading and writing in English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
- Familiar with SAP system application is a plus
