Objectives of the Position:

• Melakukan pekerjaan administrasi yang berhubungan dengan SAP dan pekerjaan operasional pengiriman bulk Isotank & Flexy.

• Melakukan pekerjaan Administrasi yang berhubungan dengan SAP dan membuat rencana daftar LOT serta output packing untuk produk jadi dalam kemasan drum, kempu dan sejenisnya.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Membuat Daftar Lot Bulk Delivery dalam pengiriman isotank & flexy (Lokal & Export)
• Membuat Proses Order SAP di Global APO - Z7C untuk kebutuhan Isotank lokal
• Memproses Proses order SAP cobalt ZZL untuk dimasukkan sebagai lot nomor di daftar lot Bulk Delivery
• Menyediakan label printer GHS untuk isotank dan Flexy (Lokal & Export)
• Melakukan konfirmasi proses order (CNF & TECO) untuk proses order Isotank & Flexy
• Melakukan proses permintaan dan penyediaan isotank dari logistics service provider, dengan baik dan benar untuk pengiriman produk jadi pada pelanggan lokal.
• Mengatur dan menindaklanjuti segala hal yang berhubungan dengan pengiriman dalam isotank ke logistic service provider pengiriman lokal dengan efektif dan efisien.
• Melakukan proses penyediaan stock SAP unrest (B24 & WB26) untuk pengiriman Isotank & Flexy (Lokal & Export).
• Membuat table data pengiriman Isotank & Flexy untuk lokal dan export
• Melakukan proses cross check cost dan component dalam process order Isotank & Flexy yang telah di buat dengan menggunakan T-code : COID, ZID_YCOSTA
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap semua process order (CNF & TECO) yang dibuat dan ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan closing bulanan.
• Membuat alokasi packing yang diberikan oleh Supply Planner Officer ED (Supply Chain ED)
• Membuat Proses Order SAP di Global APO - Z7C untuk kebutuhan alokasi packing yang akan dimasukan sebagai Daftar lot produk packing
• Membuat daftar lot Packing & memproses Proses Order untuk order packing finish good products.
• Memproses release proses order (SAP) export dari Planner (ZTEO) untuk kebutuhan dokumentasi export
• Membantu penyesuaian (adjustment) dalam akurasi stock produk jadi (B24) untuk produk di storage tank. Penyesuaian (adjustment) dalam akurasi stock produk jadi & Packing (B22 & B24) dan membuat laporan persamaan/equivalent finish good product. (Monthly).
• Melakukan proses penyediaan label GHS packing.
• Melakukan konfirmasi proses order (CNF & TECO) untuk finish good product (packaging art number) serta membuat PD (product delivery) untuk handling over ke Team Linc.
• Membuat dan menyediakan label printer GHS untuk kebutuhan packing.
• Membuat rencana kedatangan dan memonitor stock packing material drum & kempu.
• Membuat laporan delivery packing output finish good (Monthly)
• Membuat laporan bulk delivery dan packaging (Monthly)
• Memonitor dan mengontrol hasil pekerjaan dari proses cleaning IBC
• Memonitor mengambil sample request dari QC dan lab aplikasi & membuat process order sample di SAP serta melakukan konfirmasi proses order (CNF & TECO) dan juga membuat label printer GHS sample
• Membantu komunikasi kinerja supplier Nitrogen (Air liquid products) bila ada masalah untuk disampaikan kepada Group produksi yang bertugas
• Melakukan proses cross check cost dan component dalam process order packing yang telah di buat dengan menggunakan T-code : COID, ZID_YCOSTA
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap semua process order yang dibuat di SAP dan ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan closing bulanan.
• Mengatur dan menindaklanjuti segala hal yang berhubungan dengan pengiriman dalam kemasan ke logistic secara efektif dan efisien.
• Menggantikan pekerjaan PPC Supervisor (bila cuti/absent)
• Memastikan bahwa pekerjaan yang dilakukan tidak mengganggu atau menimbulkan masalah bagi perusahaan dan juga lingkungan.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum S1
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimum selama 3 tahun dalam bidang yang sama
• Mampu membuat Spread sheet data di Computer
• Memahami dan mampu menjalankan system SAP
• Memiliki interpersonal Skill yang baik sehingga mampu bekerja sama dan bernegosiasi dengan baik
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris

Objectives of the Position:

• Handle administrative tasks related to SAP and prepare LOT lists and packing output plans for finished products in drums, kempu, and similar packaging.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Create LOT lists for bulk deliveries using Isotank and Flexy (Local & Export).
• Process SAP Orders in Global APO - Z7C for local Isotank needs.
• Process SAP cobalt ZZL orders to be included as LOT numbers in the Bulk Delivery LOT list.
• Provide GHS label printers for Isotank and Flexy (Local & Export).
• Confirm process orders (CNF & TECO) for Isotank and Flexy orders.
• Request and coordinate the provision of Isotanks from logistics service providers for local customer deliveries.
• Manage and follow up on all matters related to Isotank deliveries with local logistics service providers effectively and efficiently.
• Handle SAP unrest stock provisioning (B24 & WB26) for Isotank and Flexy deliveries (Local & Export).
• Create data tables for Isotank and Flexy deliveries (Local & Export).
• Cross-check costs and components in Isotank and Flexy process orders using T-codes: COID, ZID_YCOSTA.
• Be responsible for all process orders (CNF & TECO) and participate in monthly closing activities.
• Create packing allocations provided by the Supply Planner Officer ED (Supply Chain ED).
• Process SAP Orders in Global APO - Z7C for packing allocations to be included in the packing LOT list.
• Create packing LOT lists and process orders for packing finished goods.
• Process release of export process orders (SAP) from Planner (ZTEO) for export documentation needs.
• Assist in stock accuracy adjustments for finished goods (B24) in storage tanks and for finished goods & packing (B22 & B24), and prepare equivalent finished goods reports (Monthly).
• Handle GHS label provisioning for packing.
• Confirm process orders (CNF & TECO) for finished goods (packaging art number) and create PD (product delivery) for handover to the Linc Team.
• Create and provide GHS label printers for packing needs.
• Plan arrivals and monitor stock of packing materials (drums & kempu).
• Prepare monthly delivery reports for packing output of finished goods.
• Prepare monthly reports for bulk and packaging deliveries.
• Monitor and control the outcomes of IBC cleaning processes.
• Monitor sample requests from QC and application labs, create sample process orders in SAP, confirm process orders (CNF & TECO), and prepare GHS sample labels.
• Support communication regarding nitrogen supplier (Air Liquid Products) performance issues to the production group.
• Cross-check costs and components in packing process orders using T-codes: COID, ZID_YCOSTA.
• Be responsible for all SAP process orders and participate in monthly closing activities.
• Manage and follow up on all matters related to packaged deliveries to logistics effectively and efficiently.
• Substitute for the PPC Supervisor during leave/absence.
• Ensure that all tasks performed do not disrupt or cause issues for the company or the environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum S1.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the same field.
• Proficient in creating data spreadsheets on a computer.
• Knowledgeable and capable of operating the SAP system.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively.
• Proficient in English.
