
Maintenance Manager
Objectives of the position:
- Responsible for quality assurance and EHS management of department
- Responsible for equipment plant reliability
- Responsible for spare part visibility
- Manage maintenance team and maintenance processing
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that maintenance activities do not disturb or cause any problem for company and environment
- Ensure all health and safety rules and regulations according to government laws and company protocol
- Implement workplace safety policies and standards
- Review, manage and direct all maintenance procedures and operations
- Assess current maintenance work processes including CMMS, to optimize efficiency
- Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
- Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts
- Record and track daily progress/failure reports and perform monthly and annual performance department report
- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work
- Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for operational maintenance (OP)
- Plan, execute, track, and control investment capital project and plant changes
- Responsible for spare part management
- Conducting training program for department according to requirement of ISO 9001
- Perform evaluations of employees and contractors to ensure quality of work
- Search, select and pre-negotiates supplier for order new materials as needed
- Appointed as officer for Automation Security
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Min 10 years in the same field
- Have technical knowledge in maintenance related function
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics PID
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize work
- Effective communication and people management skills
