Responsibilities :

Act as a techno‑functional expert for SAP S/4HANA EAM, bridging maintenance business requirements and SAP standard solution design.
-
Design, configure, and enhance end‑to‑end EAM processes aligned with SAP standards, such as 9‑phase maintenance model, planning buckets and capacity-oriented planning.
-
Define and implement Fiori‑first, role‑based user experiences for planners, supervisors, and technicians using SAP standard Fiori apps and targeted extensions.

Contribute to the design and integration of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) for mobile execution, dispatching, and technician enablement.

Support SAP Asset Performance Management (APM) use cases such as condition‑based and predictive maintenance.

Perform requirements engineering (workshops, process analysis, gap identification) and translate business needs into SAP standard–oriented solution concepts (incl. RICEFW and integration scenarios).

Collaborate closely with ABAP, Fiori/UI5, integration, and DevOps teams to ensure end‑to‑end delivery.

Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT), deployments, and 2nd/3rd‑level operation and change management as well as data migration
Qualifications :
-
University degree in IT, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
-
Least 3 years of hands‑on experience in SAP EAM S/4HANA with solid knowledge of SAP customizing and integration with MM, FI/CO, and PS.
-
Strong functional knowledge of EAM S4 maintenance and asset management processes.
-
Proven experience with SAP Fiori apps and role-based UX concepts.

Good understanding of SAP Field Service Management and/or Asset Performance Management.

Technical understanding of ABAP, enhancements, interfaces, and Fiori/UI5, enabling effective collaboration with development teams.

Experience in agile / DevOps delivery models and international environments.

Strong stakeholder management, and analytical skills with a focus on standardization and sustainability.

Strong communication and fluent in English.
