Architectural Design & Strategy 

  • Develop and maintain the overarching architecture for Salesforce and CRM digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

  • Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce implementations. 

  • Create architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and technical documentation. 

Program Leadership 

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale Salesforce programs. 

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure successful outcomes. 

  • Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies. 

Solution Development 

  • Oversee the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions, including complex integrations. 

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry and internal standards. 

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for Salesforce and CRM architecture topics. 

  • Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and presentations to ensure alignment and buy‑in. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Stay current with Salesforce innovations, industry trends, and emerging technologies. 

  • Identify improvement areas and drive adoption of new features and capabilities. 

Governance & Compliance 

  • Establish and enforce architectural governance frameworks. 

  • Conduct reviews and audits to ensure adherence to standards, regulations, and security principles.
