Senior Business Solution Consultant NCM

Product Team: Non-Conformance Management 
Responsibilities: - As a Business Solution Consultant Non-Conformance Management, you will play a 
central role in implementing and optimizing the BASF NCM process and applications for 
our users. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, 
product owners, developers, and data scientists to improve our solution offering. - Your 
primary responsibilities will be understanding user requirements and translating them into 
IT requirements, providing comprehensive training and support the change management 
within the organization.  - With your contribution you will help our Operational Divisions to 
achieve better customer service and quality and to comply to regulatory and legal 
requirements using our SAP, Reporting and Mobile applications. 
Qualifications: - Process knowledge in manufacturing or quality management - in best case in chemcial 
industry - SAP QM Experience  - Experience with other Quality Management IT Solutions  - 
Agile delivery methods such as Scrum   - Knowledge of Azure DevOps   - Process 
knowledge in manufacturing or quality management  -  Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 
10002  -  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.  - The will and ability to drive 
change and an entrepreneurial spirit.  - Hands-on mentality and focus on customer 
satisfaction.  - Ability to work in a multicultural and virtual team.
