Responsibilities and Key Outcomes  

• Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and DevHub in the effective use of Agile practices, creating an environment that enables teams to become self-managed and sustainably high performing. 

• Supporting and coaching the Product Owner by providing techniques to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with broader product and organizational priorities. 

• Assessing the agile maturity of teams and the platform and actively guiding them toward higher levels of effectiveness and continuous improvement. 

• Translating product priorities into clear team goals and actionable improvements. 

• Helping teams focus on high-impact work by reducing waste, limiting unnecessary complexity, and improving flow. 

• Adapting agile practices to the team context to ensure pragmatism, effectiveness, and continuous improvement. 

• Promoting strong communication and collaboration across the platform to support sound decision-making, shared ownership, and a common understanding of goals and agile ways of working. 

• Accompanying the Product Manager and key stakeholders in shaping the platform and supporting decision-making within an agile and, where applicable, scaled framework. 

• Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to an agile roadmap together with the product family. 

• Improving meeting effectiveness through clear facilitation, purpose-driven collaboration, and a focus on outcomes. 

• Building a trusting and safe environment where challenges can be raised openly, with an emphasis on constructive problem-solving and continuous learning. 

• Supporting teams in resolving impediments, blockers, and conflicts autonomously wherever possible. 

• Facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution, while supporting transparent and effective communication within and beyond the team. 

• Collaborating closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile Masters to share learnings, align practices, and improve consistency across teams. 

• Supporting agile transformation at team and product-family level. 

 

 

Job Requirements

Education and work experience 

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or business-technology related discipline 

Min. 3 years of professional experience in IT and / or IT Consulting 

Certification in agile methodologies Scrum, LESs and scaled frameworks (additionally Kanban, SaFe valuated) 

Plus: Professional coaching certification   

Plus: Certification in full stack tools (preferably GitHub) 

Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory) 

Relevant experience as an Agile leader (similar position as Agility/ Scrum Master) 

Experience as Scrum Master for a team/s that was/were diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. 

Excellent coaching skills - high level of empathy and experience in conflict resolution   

Workshops/meetings/events facilitation. 

Experienced in international working contexts. English language by default. 

Technical & Professional Knowledge (additional plus/nice to have skills) 

Trainer skills being capable to teach Agile, Scrum, and Sales Agile Frameworks content (Values, Principles, User Stories, Estimations, STATIK, Continuous Improvement, etc.). 

Additional knowledge in Kanban and OKRs highly appreciated 

Work experience in IT; specifically in development platforms
