Supply Chain Planning and Digital Excellence

(Heading 1): Light stabilizer product line planning for tolling operation in India

     1. Light Stabilizer Finished Goods toll manufacturing supply planning and warehouse management for global supply

     2. Intermediates toll manufacturing supply planning used for the product lines global production network

     3. Represent as Asia Pacific regional planner for the product line in the global S&OP community

(Heading 2): Merchandize replenishment planning

     1. Work closely with Account Managers to reach customer requirements in terms of quantity and time

     2. Place purchase order for MER products, track products arrival timing to ensure customer’s order can be fulfilled

     3. Collaborate with APTC, Supplier and Product Management to ensure smooth order process and product allocation

(Heading 3): G-EDJ India S&OP process steering & Inventory management

     1. Manage and maintain monthly S&OP meetings with EDJ Sales and EDA India Supply Chain

     2. Lead demand validation by monitoring forecasts & actual sales, and support sales team to enhance forecast accuracy

     3. Manage inventory in areas, shelf life & aging stock control, stock discrepancy investigation and follow-ups

(Heading 4): AI, Digitalization & automation  

1. Drive AI adoption, digitalization & automation throughout the supply chain processes across Asia Pacific region  

Education

• Bachelor degree or above major in supply chain/business mgmt./or Tech MBA  

Working Experience

• 2-3 years or above planning or supply chain operation experience in multi-national company

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• AI, data analytics and digital transformation skills
