About The Role
- Ensure that statutory reporting is completed in compliance manner and on timely basis.
- Ensure that group reporting is completed in compliant manner and on timely basis.
- Ensure completion of limited review and audits with quality and controls on a timely basis.
- Perform basic analysis on the financial statement
How Will You Do It
- Finalize of accounts & Statutory audit of BIL on quarterly basis and on yearly basis (including liaison with PwC)
- Explain the financial performance of BIL to external Board members during Audit Committee and Board Meetings
- Prepare finance forecasts for BIL
- Ensure adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (with BASC, ZFR/FC)
- Manage group reporting of BIL on monthly basis (including preparation of express report)
- Provide support in terms of Non trade portal
- Manage financial statement review preparation
- Provide data for CEQ - FRC
- Prepare the Corporate Governance folder on quarterly basis for BIL Board reporting
What We Look For
- Education: Chartered Accountant
- Working Experience: 5 years+ ( experience with MNC & /or Big 4 audit firms is a must)
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Up-to-date and Expert know-how of Indian and IFRS accounting standards and local regulations (e.g, Companies Act, Listing Agreement etc.)
