Main Tasks

 

  • Serve as the main contact to customers for business in the country and ensure customer satisfaction to the largest extent by communication customer requirements to the company via interfaces and manage customer complaints.
  • Plan, develop and implement market and customer strategies, marketing and business concepts as well as product and service portfolios for the accounts.
  • Develop and implement market intelligence in line with regional framework.
  • Drive ASEAN business development for strategic target customers.
  • Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) to support cross country business development.
  • Formulate and implement the operative pricing policy (in compliance with the strategic pricing policy) and prepare the relevant business case; responsible for RFQs, Bids and contracts/agreements.
  • Drive initiatives for new product development to cater to customer needs .
  • Manage material forecast (including imports and local production) achieving the organization’s target forecast accuracy % and manage stock inventory and ensure timely collection of AR.
  • Develop local market and competitor analysis. CM2 responsibility for assigned accounts.
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to fulfill customers’ needs in support of company strategies and achieving targeted cCM1 and Selling Cost.
  • Driving new projects/ new customer acquisition initiatives through the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
  • Collaborate and communicate with regional and ASEAN account managers and related cross functional units.
  • Ensure all activities comply to all IATF16949, ISO14001, EHSQ rules/ regulations and RC requirement.
  • Lead, development and manage performance of team members. Foster team culture in line with EC Culture.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor or above in business management or chemistry/ engineering related majors.
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in sales & marketing, account management and project management preferably in the coatings industry.
  • Commercial and technical knowledge preferably in the coatings industry.
  • Good communication skills both in English and Thai.
  • Candidates mastering mandarin are also encouraged to apply.
  • IT/IS competency in Microsoft applications.
