Sales Promotion Staff (12 months contract)

Main responsibilities
- Take care of sub-dealers to achieve sales target. Regularly visit sub-dealer in area responsibility to encourage sales.
- Responsible for executing campaigns and generating reports for sales involving dealers, sub-dealers, and farmers, as well as reports for promoters regarding sub-dealers and farmers.
- Develop an effective network comprising dealers, sub-dealers, and key farmers.
- Field activities and demand creation in area, support and response document to Senior Promoter in area.
- Support to achieve teamwork and team spirit within business unit.
- Strengthen relationships with sub-dealer and key farmers.
- Respond to company requirement and system.
- Prepare and submit market information reports to the Senior Executive, Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, or Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of field experience within the agricultural or seed industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both Thai and English communication.
- Strong field execution skills and a commitment to outdoor work.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid driving licence.
