Main responsibilities

Talent Acquisitions

  • Provide consultancy and ensure the effective implementation of recruitment service for local divisions in Thailand including vacancy announcement, job advertising, job scoping, screening, interview, selection and offer, employee onboarding.
  • Provide regular update about recruitment status to management.
  • Take care of Employer branding activity in Thailand. 

Senior Project NGBA (Next Generation Business Architecture)

  • Support the implementation of Senior Project NGBA in the Thailand’s People Cluster by providing expertise on HR operations, Employee Transfer, etc.
  • Prepare workstream charters, milestone plans and weekly status reports for workstream and sub-workstreams. Coordinate and align tasks and timeline with Global / Regional / Country project team to ensure smooth transfer process.

Operation Excellence and Digitalization Projects

  • Act as team representative to work on HR Operation Excellence and Digitalization Projects with global / regional team and ensure the smooth roll out and implementation according to the defined plan.

HRBP

  • Provide advisory role for responsible OD and support local implementation of OD action in collaboration with concerned local division head, regional / global HRBP.
  • Support OD to run Performance Improvement Program (PIP) for identified employees.

Employee Engagement

  • Take lead in promoting Employee Recognition program, Employee Voices Survey, Leadership Feedback Survey according to policy / guideline.

Quality Management

  • Support Quality Management for HR core process (ISO9001, IATF16949, etc.)

Others

  • Perform duties with quality and safety awareness and complying with code of conduct/Compliance.
  • Handle projects and tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 6-8 years of working experience in HR. Working experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
  • Good communication in Thai and English.
  • Good computer skill.
  • Labor Law and related knowledge is a plus.
