Objectives of the Position   

    • Responsible to handle supply plan for rolling 36 months for products refilled in APA tollers
    • Ensure flexible and reliable refill planning and execution of finished products as per the customer need
    • Maintain SAP & SNP planning related master data for the given product portfolio.
    • Optimize inventory level for all responsible products refilled and repacked in Asia
    • Responsible to ensure all SCM related KPIs are managed for the given portfolio

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Demand and Supply Planning:

  • Validate demand from countries (planned and unplanned) to ensure good refilling planning and execution
  • Plan, optimize and execute refill planning at tollers to ensure timely supply of finished goods to the markets in line with customers’ requirements
  • Import Finished goods from APE / APN for selected countries
  • Ensure correct maintenance of all relevant master data in SAP and APO to enable accurate planning (including artwork)
  • Prepare for monthly meetings and highlight key issues to be addressed for follow up actions
  • Collaborate with country OBP and DP&OP on monthly demand changes and adjust refill plan accordingly
  • Co-ordinate with Bulk planner to ensure timely arrival of formulated bulk to the tolling location
  • Collaborate with OBP to ensure FG inventory are kept at required level and reduce dysfunctional stock

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate all refilling and repackaging related non-conformance management activities
  • Responsible to achieve all core SC KPI and process related targets for the given portfolio

Continuous Improvement and Projects:

  • Support/ drive implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in planning, inventory, and/or other SC activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain or Logistics Management
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, Supply planning, SAP and APO knowledge is critical
  • Supply Chain planning and scheduling, operations. Understanding of Crop Protection business and SAP knowledge are strong advantage, Good command in English
