Assistant Manager - Finance Process

Objectives of the Position:

• Ensuring efficiency in day to day operations in Payables
• Coordinate with BSSCKL and other stakeholders for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations for foreign payments

Main Tasks:

Accounts Payable

• Coordinate with BUs / EXIM / HUB for import payments & royalty payments
• Audit for royalty payments through external consultant.
• Coordinate with bank for payment through Trade Pay portal alongwith necessary certificates
• Foreign vendor account monitoring
• Timely resolutions of OD / Bank queries on payments
• Closure of open IDPMS and ORMs on a regular basis
• To establish and liaise with HUB for proper controls to ensure correctness of payments and account clearing
• Ensure BASF P2P processes are followed for country India
• Drive improvements in other P2P areas as assigned

Job Skills:

• Analytical
• Good at SAP – P2P
• Hands on experience in handling foreign payments

Job Requirements:

• B.COM, MBA Finance
• 2-3 years’ experience in MNC with shared service center exposure
• Working knowledge in SAP – P2P
• Hands on experience in handling foreign payments
• Proficient with MS Office
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skill
