Ansan Application Engineer

*Position summary:
Be responsible for all activities in sample preparation, tool operation (application test) & QC to ensure the effectiveness, stability & efficient operation at a desired level of quantity and quality.

1. Sample preparation
- Preparation samples and delivery on time with contact to technical sales
- To improve sample preparation method with ADL and CoE.
- Sample preparation management and resolving the issue regarding SPU
- Manage and operate analysis tools (including troubleshooting) in the SPU to proceed with the related project.
- Transferring SOP and know-how of sample preparation method to the production and QC team. 
- SOP creation and optimization for new products
2. Sample analysis
- Carry out assay analysis of all chemical components related projects with repeatability and reliability.
- Manage and operate tools to proceed with requirements from ACEP ADL, CoE, and technical sales.
- Develop a new analytical method for new solutions
  - Operating analysis tools: IC, HPLC, GC and ICP-OES

3. Tool management 
- Ownership and responsibility of application test for cleanroom tools.
- Consumable parts management for cleanroom tools and QC tools. 
- Cooperation with vendors for tool improvement
- Manage and operate tools (including troubleshooting) in the cleanroom to proceed with the related project.
  - Operating CLN room tools: SEZ323(Spin tool), etc.
4. EHS
- Laboratory EHS daily check sheet management
- Equipment inspection history management

*Education/Qualifications required:
- Fluent in English including comprehensive listening, speech, reading and writing & Native level of Korean
- IC experience preferred
- Basic understanding to chemistry
- Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
- BS degree in science or engineering major
