Objectives of the Position

• Drive technical activities that support business objectives by ensuring customer requirements for reliable, high-quality performance products that met industry standard, safely, cost-effectively and on time.
• Provide timely technical solutions, troubleshooting support, and product sample that meet customer requirements and project timelines.

How You Will Do It

• Executes and achieve trial (new product introduction) and troubleshooting requests.
• Provide efficient technical service to customer, taking the lead in the polyurethanes especially applications of Conti-panel, Disconti-panel for Rigid foam Construction China.
• Communicates and documents (internal and externally) all processing technologies/trends.
• Initiate New Article registration and ensure BOM’s consistence.
• Supports evaluation of alternative raw materials.
• Documentation of all opportunities in salesforce.
• Documentation of  customer machine data ,processing guide , trials and troubleshooting in central platform.
• Follows up development of new customers, applications and relevant processing technologies.
• Collects market information (competitors, customers, regulations, etc.).
• Ensures compliance to EHS requirements in labs & customer’s site.
• Supports build up regional technical capability and fosters expertise exchange between countries and segments.

What We Look For

• Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or equivalent. 
• More than 3 years of experience in Polyurethane of Chemical industry.
• Industry experience in rigid polyurethane applications is preferred.
• Knowledge of sandwich panel processing for construction applications is an advantage.
• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
