Objectives
The Master Data Analyst – Cellasto is responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent master data in SAP to support supply chain and logistics processes. The role ensures efficient execution of workflows, material phase in and out and packaging administration, while collaborating with global stakeholders
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
Master Data Maintenance
- Create, maintain, and update material master data in SAP and Stibo STEP
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across systems
- Perform regular data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity
Workflow Management
- Manage master data workflows related to product creation, number assignment, and approvals
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product data setup
- Ensure compliance with standard processes and governance guidelines
- Support start-of-production (SOP) and end-of-production (EOP) workflows
Global Packaging Administration
- Manage global Cellasto packaging materials across systems and processes
- Maintain packaging-related master data, including structures and specifications
- Ensure accurate system representation of packaging materials to support logistics and operational processes
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of packaging master data
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure global data alignment and consistency
- Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide backup support for team members during absences
- Participate in projects within the assigned functional area
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain or related field (or “relevant internship/academic exposure”)
- SAP knowledge (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of SAP (MM/PP modules preferred)
- Understanding of packaging processes and materials management
- Experience or exposure to manufacturing or automotive environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with virtual teams and global stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in planning and execution
- Adaptability and flexibility to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges
- Structured and process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and consistency
- Fluent in English
- German language proficiency is an advantage
