WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Technical lead responsible for managing the products and projects under their scope.
  • Conducts laboratory tests in accordance with control plans and/or customer specifications, following the company’s established testing methods.
  • Provides technical support to customer accounts, as well as general and occasional direct support to clients, offering appropriate solutions to product-related issues within their area of responsibility.
  • Develops and adapts new products.
  • Prepares, reviews, adjusts, and modifies product formulas, colour formulations, and/or processes when required, in coordination with colour specialists, applicators, production plants, and the production technology laboratory.
  • Designs base formulations, including all required phases and documentation such as feasibility studies, formulation, product and process FMEA, and product control plans, in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Supports and monitors products throughout their lifecycle, making manufacturing corrections or product adjustments when needed, with support from the Team Leader if required.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Degree in a chemical/technical field or an equivalent academic qualification.
  • Previous experience in a chemical laboratory is an advantage, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; SAP user-level knowledge is a plus.
  • Advanced English level (B2).
  • Knowledge of German will be considered an asset.
  • Strong creativity, organizational skills, ability to work in an international team, and motivation to take on new challenges.
