About the Role
The Talent Development Specialist supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent, leadership, and organizational development initiatives. This role plays a key part in advancing organizational capability, employee experience, and business performance by delivering programs and solutions aligned to evolving workforce needs.
Working in close partnership with HR and business stakeholders, the Talent Development Specialist contributes to a wide range of initiatives spanning learning and development, leadership effectiveness, culture and engagement, and talent management processes. The role requires strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and balance multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
-
Support the design, development, and execution of talent development programs, processes, and initiatives aligned to organizational priorities

Manage or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, coordination, communication, and tracking of outcomes

Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs and deliver effective, scalable solutions

Develop and refine program content, communications, and materials for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership

Contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall workforce experience

Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to identify best practices and inform continuous improvement efforts

Support the implementation of change management and communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption
-
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of programs and services

Monitor program effectiveness, track key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Assist with operational activities such as budgeting, vendor coordination, and process management
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field
-
Approximately 3–5 years of experience in talent development, HR, or related areas (flexible)

Experience supporting programs in areas such as learning & development, leadership development, culture, or talent management
Skills & Capabilities

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Skilled at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and balancing competing priorities

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights

Proficiency in common business tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, virtual collaboration platforms)
