About the Role 

 

Asset on the development, execution, and operational activities involved in Talent Strategy across South America. Performs administrative and analytical tasks such as distribution and reporting to meet the Talent Services SA targets.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute end-to-end learning administration activities, including publishing offerings in the LMS, monitoring enrollments, managing pre-work requirements, and canceling sessions when necessary.  

  • Maintain and update learning platforms and employee development records, including SuccessFactors LMS and related systems.  

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data related to talent programs, engagement surveys, and learning effectiveness to support reporting and decision-making.  

  • Support global and regional projects by conducting testing, providing structured feedback, and representing South America requirements, regulations and feedback.  

  • Execute and support ongoing talent programs and solutions in alignment with the regional talent strategy.  

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new talent initiatives and solutions to address evolving business needs.  

  • Prepare, update, and enhance reports and dashboards within the scope of Talent Services to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.  

  • Support the translation of internal documentation, as required.  

  • Provide administrative support for vendor management activities, including coordination, follow-up and payments.  

  • Develop and edit internal communication materials related to HR, learning, and talent management initiatives.  

  • Build understanding of business unit needs and stakeholder priorities, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.  

  • Document processes, identify operational improvement opportunities, and support automation initiatives to increase efficiency and standardization. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Education: Advanced student / University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. 

  • 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably with HR or service experience and/or experience with global companies. 

  • Advanced proficiency in English for oral and written communications. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment. 

  • Exp with SAP, ServiceNow, Success Factors or similar platforms.  

  • Should be flexible to work for US shifts 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment 

  • Prior exposure to chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector. 

  • SuccessFactors experience a plus . 

 

Technical Skills 

 

  • Microsoft Office; experience with SuccessFactors, Power Automate and Power BI a plus . 

  • Experience with Reporting & Dashboards and Microsoft Excel or demonstrated ability and agility to learn systems; SuccessFactors experience a plus.
